Zusammenfassung

Vaillant Group in Remscheid is seeking a Service Delivery Expert for enterprise-wide data management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement of defined services. You will ensure service quality aligns with SLAs and collaborate with internal teams and external providers.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, presenting results to stakeholders, and advancing governance, processes, and service standards with international teams.

Qualifikationen

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.
• With more than 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management, IT Service Management, or a comparable environment.
• You are familiar with the various data disciplines, ranging from data logic and master data software to the operational management of data.
• Nice to Have: Experience with ITIL methodologies, international service organizations, and the management of external service providers will further strengthen your profile.
• Personality: You stand out through your strong service orientation, analytical mindset, and proactive approach.
• You communicate fluently in English and have at least B2 German level.

• Through the structured management of service reviews, escalations, and improvement initiatives, you will make a significant contribution to achieving high levels of service satisfaction
• Working closely with international teams, you will support the further development of processes, governance structures, and service management standards
• You will actively shape the transformation of our IT service landscape and make an important contribution to the digitalization and sustainable success of the Vaillant Group

• Experience: With more than 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management, IT Service Management, or a comparable environment, you can confidently manage complex service structures. You should also have user-level experience with master data systems such as SAP MDG
• Knowledge & Skills: You are familiar with the various data disciplines, ranging from data logic and master data software to the operational management of data. In addition, you bring solid expertise in IT Service. Management processes and know how to analyze service KPIs, derive improvement measures, and effectively coordinate diverse stakeholders
• Nice to Have: Experience with ITIL methodologies, international service organizations, and the management of external service providers will further strengthen your profile
• Personality: You stand out through your strong service orientation, analytical mindset, and proactive approach. You are not hesitant to address areas for improvement and are skilled at bringing together diverse interests and gaining buy-in for necessary changes
• Language Skills: You communicate fluently in English and have at least B2 German level
