EPAM Systems in Germany is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end CRM transformations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

You will run discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable Salesforce architectures, and define integrations using REST, SOAP and MuleSoft.

The role requires 7+ years in CRM, hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow, DevOps/CI-CD, and strong leadership to mentor consultants and align stakeholders on roadmaps.

• Contribute to end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and business process analysis
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution architectures
• Define integration approaches, data and security models, and governance standards
• Provide technical guidance and ensure delivery aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners on solutions and roadmaps
• Review technical designs and code quality for compliance and maintainability
• Drive adoption of declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities
• Support integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms
• Mentor Salesforce consultants and developers, promoting continuous learning and delivery excellence

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM industry across full lifecycle implementations
• Extensive technical and architectural experience with Salesforce platform
• Expertise with key Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (mandatory)
• Proficiency in core Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation
• Security and Sharing Model, Salesforce Data Model
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and system integrations
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven stakeholder management experience
• Nice to have Experience with additional clouds such as Health Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics/Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud or Industry Clouds
• Technical involvement in pre-sales cycles and solution estimation
• Exposure to multi-CRM ecosystems or emerging technologies like agentic AI and LLMs
