LSI are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant based in Germany to support a software company with the ongoing development, optimisation and enhancement of its Salesforce platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and contributing to business-critical transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and optimise Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and wider technical teams to deliver platform enhancements.
• Support user adoption, testing, documentation and ongoing system improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
• Excellent Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows, automation and security models.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Previous experience working within software, SaaS or technology-driven organisations.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Based in Germany.
• Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
• Previous experience supporting Salesforce transformation or optimisation programmes.
• Experience working as an independent Salesforce consultant or freelancer.
