Datamatics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications and integrations using Salesforce best practices.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications, build Apex classes and LWC UI, implement automation with Salesforce Flow, and optimize SOQL/SOSL.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications, integrations, and platform enhancements using Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and test classes.
• Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, security settings, and workflows.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Understanding of governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Experience with middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and release management tools.
