Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Geesthacht. You will back the Sales team from initial inquiry to ongoing relationship, ensuring a smooth customer experience and timely responses.

You will collaborate with Sales and Distribution, manage pricing and data, and support continuous improvement of sales processes. The role is full-time and onsite in Geesthacht, Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Initial work experience in an office-based role, in an international environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to use MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Provide timely replies to customer inquiries on quotations, pricing, lead times and availability.
• Provide product related standard documentation.
• Maintain communication with Account Managers and provide daily support.
• Indicate, initiate and lead continuous improvement of sales related processes.
• Support timely closure of sample requests and shipments.
• Perform master data management (customer, pricing).

As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in delivering a great customer experience — from the first order to the ongoing relationship.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Distribution to solve customer requests, support pricing and accounts, keep data on track, and build relationships that keep customers coming back.

Full-time | European Centre of Excellence | Geesthacht, near Hamburg

What you'll do:

• Provide timely reply to customer inquiries, (e.g. on quotation, pricing, lead time, product availability) and manage customer complaints
• Provide product related standard documentation
• Maintain communication on all customer related topics with Account Managers, and provide daily support to them
• Indicate, initiate and lead continuous improvement of sales related processes
• Support in the timely closure of sample requests and shipments
• Perform master data management (customer, pricing)

What you'll bring:

• You bring initial work experience in an office-based role, in an international environment
• Your communication and negotiation skills help you to build relationships and enables you to convince your in/external customers
• You know how to use MS Office and ideally have some experience with Salesforce
• You have fluent English skills (written, oral). Other European languages are advantageous
• Your personality reflects the customer contacts part of your role. You are goal- and customer-oriented, reliable and known for seeing things through
