Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in biomedical, electrical, mechanical, medical technology, biology, pharmacy or commercial.
• Experience in Diagnostic Industry with emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts, improving profitability and customer relationships.
• Strong solution selling and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Strategic Growth Plan at the territory level and leverage it daily.
• Execute Account Plan tactics to grow existing business by closing menu gaps.
• Collaborate with client on business processes and health system expansion using global frameworks.
• Assess instrument utilization and maximize testing capabilities with clients.
• Add solutions including assays, software, and services to meet client priorities.
• Promote Alinity, Hematology and Digital Health Solutions at each account.
• Support post-sales activities: performance of the assay, data interpretation and insights.
• Consult with client to improve operations and KPI performance.
• Develop relationships with Lab Director, Department Supervisors, Procurement, IT Manager and Medical Director.

The Opportunity

This position works out of our Wiesbaden location - Abbott GmbH. In the role you are responsible for driving client loyalty, growing existing business while improving profitability

Your Tasks

• Develop a Strategic Growth Plan at the territory level and leverage the plan on a daily basis
• Execute Account Plan tactics to grow existing business by closing menu gaps
• Weekly work with client on business process, amplification of their health system via CRDx globalized and established frameworks
• Assess utilization and inefficiencies on instruments and work with client to maximize testing capabilities
• Add solutions, including assays, software, and service offerings to help client achieve strategic priorities or improve efficiencies
• Drive Alinity, Hematology and Digital Health Solutions solutions at every account
• Continue to manage post-sales client support activities, such as Articulate performance of the assay, interpret data, draw insights
• Consult with client to improve operations and KPI’s
• Develop relationships with all internal stakeholders: Lab Director / Manager, Department Supervisors (IA/CC/Hematology/Specimen Processing), Procurement, IT Manager, Medical Director

Your Qualification

• Bachelor‘s degree in bio-medical/electrical/mechanical/medical technology/biology/pharmacy or commercial
• Experience in Diagnostic Industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, improving profitability of accounts
• Ideally a proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references
• Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics
• Strong solution selling and relationship building skills
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are advantageous
