DISH Digital Solutions is seeking a Sales Performance Analyst to transform sales data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve sales effectiveness across the organization.

You will own KPI definition, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Management to deliver executive-ready analytics and automated reporting. This role emphasizes data storytelling and data quality to support confident decisions.

Your Contribution

As Sales Performance Analyst, you transform complex sales, pipeline, and commercial performance data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve sales effectiveness across DISH. You own the definition, governance, and continuous improvement of sales KPIs and provide Sales Leadership, Country Managers, and Management with the analytical foundation needed to make confident business decisions. Beyond reporting, you uncover performance drivers, identify growth opportunities, and challenge assumptions through data-driven analysis.

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide Sales Leadership and Country Managers with actionable visibility into performance and growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance, customer acquisition, pipeline progression, and commercial initiatives to identify improvement levers and risks.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Management teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and recommendations.
• Drive reporting automation, KPI standardization, and data quality initiatives to improve decision-making efficiency and trust in data.
