Overview

To further drive digital health protection and enable more people to access meaningful preventive care, we are strategically and operationally strengthening our Sales Team. We are therefore looking for a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join us full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Ideally, you are based in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - but if not, you are still very welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain internal automations using tools such as Zapier, Postgres, Braze and Slack
  • Ensure the stability and reliability of existing automation flows, proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Support the Sales Team with operational requests, document problems, and follow up on solutions
  • Manage internal Slack support channels by prioritizing requests and routing topics to the right stakeholders
  • Ensure JIRA tickets are complete, well-structured and of high quality
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Team to prioritize requests and define clear task packages
Your Profile
  • Initial professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Process Management
  • Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, JIRA, Slack or relational databases
  • Familiarity with simple Python or JavaScript scripts is a plus, as we use them regularly in our workflows
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process thinking
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and comfort in a cross-functional role
  • Independent, solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Good German and very good English skills
