Job summary

FORVIA in Neuburg, Germany invites you to join as a Sales Operations & Controlling VIE for a 12-month assignment. This international program targets young graduates from the EEA and provides exposure to sales, pricing, and margin analysis within a global team.

You will support RFQ activities, prepare quotations, maintain price histories, participate in commercial discussions, and provide operational sales support. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus English language ability, are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with pricing and margin focus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analyses and presentations.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage for local interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support RFQ and cost-quotation activities for new opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and commercial documentation for customers.
• Create customer offer presentations and assist meetings.
• Contribute to pricing and margin calculations for quotes.
• Maintain product price histories with stakeholders (PM/Costing).
• Prepare quotations for product and engineering changes.
• Assist negotiations and tooling cost quotations with customers.
• Participate in change-management rounds and commercial reviews.
• Coordinate open commercial topics with the Sales Manager.
• Provide operational support to the Sales team and analyses.

What will be your main missions?
We are looking for aSales Operations & Controlling VIE who will be based in Neurburg, Germany
The mission will last12 months.
Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

Acquisition

• Support acquisition and RFQ activities for new business opportunities
• Support the preparation of cost calculations, quotations and commercial documentation
• Prepare customer offer presentations and support the preparation of customer meetings
• Contribute to the calculation of prices and margins for all quoted products and services, including part prices, tooling and development costs

Program & Series Business

• Support the preparation and maintenance of product price histories in close cooperation with Product/Program Management, Purchasing, Costing and other relevant functions
• Contribute to the preparation of quotations for product and engineering changes
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations of product changes with the customer
• Support the preparation and negotiation of tooling and development cost quotations
• Participate in change-management rounds, commercial reviews and customer meetings
• Support the calculation and evaluation of the commercial impact of product and engineering changes
• Follow up on open commercial topics in coordination with the responsible Sales Manager

General Sales Support

• Provide operational support to the entire Sales team
• Prepare commercial analyses and management information
• Support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Good analytical and numerical skills and an interest in pricing, costing and margin analysis
• Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for calculations, data analysis and commercial evaluations
• Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare structured and professional customer and management presentations
• Good English skills; German is an advantage and customer language
• Master's Degree required
