Job summary

Valeo North America Inc. seeks a VIE Business Management Controller for Erlangen, Germany, to join the POWER division.

You will build and manage the project P&L, investment plans, and cash flow, ensuring accurate cost analysis from RFQ to production. You’ll collaborate with project teams to deliver reliable economics and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration.
• Experience in industrial Controlling.
• Fluent in English.
• Good Excel skills required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provisional P&L, investment plan, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure consistency of industrial and economic scenario including volumes and costs.
• Provide management with clear production cost insights (standard times, rates, fixed costs).
• Prepare syntheses and presentations for upper management on profitability.
• Track project costs and KPIs across development phases and manage subsidies and tooling sales.
