Job summary

hurra.com is seeking a results-driven sales professional to spearhead market expansion and close deals in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will own the complete sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing, while operating in a fully remote setup. Target regions include the UK, USA and France, leveraging HubSpot to drive measurable ROI for clients with uncapped commission and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and at least one additional language (English or French).
• Proven sales drive with ability to close deals independently.
• Hands-on online marketing experience and knowledge of key channels.
• Direct communicator who listens actively and conveys authenticity.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand into new regions (UK/USA/France) and drive market development.
• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals.
• Apply consultative selling to identify client pain points and provide data-driven solutions.
• Design and refine processes to scale international sales efforts.

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• Language Skills: Fluent German + one additional focus language (English or French) at native or near-native level
• Sales DNA: Whether you bring 2 or 20 years of experience - you love closing deals and work independently
• Online Marketing Experience: You bring hands-on experience in online marketing and understand the key channels and dynamics
• Clear Communicator: You communicate directly, listen actively, and show authenticity
• Tech Affinity: You’re excited about SaaS and working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
