Zusammenfassung

Mühlbauer Group is seeking an international sales leader to drive growth with new and existing customers, including public sector engagements. The role emphasizes strategic development, relationship management, and presenting solutions to diverse global clients.

The ideal candidate brings management experience in sales, strong technical and commercial acumen, and fluent English with additional French or Spanish skills. Willingness to travel and represent the company is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on engineering or sales.
• Initial management experience in sales – ideally in the capital goods sector and in business with public sector clients desirable.
• Sales experience in international markets and negotiating skills in dealing with public authorities.
• Very good technical and commercial understanding and the ability to think ahead.
• Confident and convincing manner as a representative of our company and willingness to travel.
• Very good written and spoken English and French, Spanish skills desirable.
