YOKOHAMA Europe GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, seeks an organised logistics/order entry specialist to manage international customer orders in the EMEA and Americas regions. You will coordinate procurement and sales in the ERP system, monitor delivery dates, and ensure timely processing of documents.

A commercial apprenticeship and some export experience are preferred; English proficiency and MS Office skills are essential, with a path to hybrid work after induction.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in a related field.
• Initial experience in exports, preferably in EMEA.
• Knowledge of international trade concepts and ERP systems is advantageous.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and processing international customer orders in the EMEA and Americas regions
• Coordinating procurement and sales processes in the ERP system
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring orders are processed on time

• Processing goods receipts, incoming and outgoing invoices
• Supporting international logistics and delivery processes
• Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk
• You have some initial experience in the field of exports (preferably within the EMEA region)
• Knowledge of international trade (e.g. Incoterms and export processing) is an advantage
• Experience of working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Infor or similar)
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly when working with spreadsheets and documents on a daily basis
• Good written and spoken English for day-to-day communication in an international environment
• Furthermore, you enjoy working in an international team and are happy to take on responsibility proactively and reliably
