YOKOHAMA Europe GmbH in Düsseldorf seeks an organized export/intl. logistics clerk to manage international orders and coordinate ERP-driven processes across EMEA and the Americas.

You will monitor delivery dates, handle order documentation, and support logistics with customers and suppliers. English fluency and ERP experience are essential for daily operations in this global role.

Qualifikationen

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship (industrial clerk or wholesale/foreign trade clerk).
• Initial experience in exports, preferably within the EMEA region.
• Knowledge of international trade (Incoterms and export processing) is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Infor or similar).
• Proficient with MS Office and daily document handling.
• Good written and spoken English for international communication.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Experience

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk
• You have some initial experience in the field of exports (preferably within the EMEA region)
• Knowledge of international trade (e.g. Incoterms and export processing) is an advantage
• Experience of working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Infor or similar)
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly when working with spreadsheets and documents on a daily basis
• Good written and spoken English for day-to-day communication in an international environment
• Furthermore, you enjoy working in an international team and are happy to take on responsibility proactively and reliably
