Galaxys SNR GmbH is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to advance and optimize its Salesforce landscape in Hamburg. You will work with international Sales and Marketing teams on technical development across multiple environments, building integrations with external systems and contributing to web-related CRM projects.

You will design and maintain business processes, data flows and custom solutions, focusing on performance, user experience and scalable development practices.

For an established international company, we are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) to further develop and optimize its Salesforce landscape.

In this role, you will work closely with international Sales and Marketing teams and take responsibility for the technical development of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work across multiple Salesforce environments, develop integrations with external systems and contribute to selected web related projects where CRM and digital platforms intersect.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain business processes, automations, data flows and custom solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Further develop and optimize Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency, performance and user experience
• Work across multiple Salesforce environments and support the development of scalable technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs
• Analyse existing Salesforce implementations and identify opportunities for technical and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support internal users where required

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in Salesforce Development or a comparable technical Salesforce role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development technologies, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Lightning Experience
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API technologies, ideally REST and SOAP
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models and scalable development practices
• Experience analysing technical requirements and translating them into robust and practical solutions
• Basic experience with web technologies or a willingness to work on selected web related topics
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a genuine interest in technology and continuous improvement
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Professional English skills
