We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Sales Executive to manage our Primary Accounts portfolio across EMEA

The Primary Accounts segment consists of a large number of smaller automotive customers with relatively limited near-term expansion potential, but an important recurring relationship with Mobility Global. The objective of this role is to ensure these customers are managed consistently and efficiently, with a strong focus on retention, renewals, price realization and customer engagement

You will independently manage a high-volume portfolio, including approximately 100 contract renewals per year, while identifying relevant growth opportunities where they exist

This is primarily an inside sales role without regular travel, requiring a structured, technology-driven approach to managing customer relationships at scale

Your Role

• Independently manage a broad portfolio of Primary Accounts across EMEA.
• Own approximately 100 annual contract renewals, from early customer engagement through commercial negotiation, price realization and contract completion.
• Ensure strong customer retention through proactive and structured engagement throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Drive appropriate price increases across the portfolio in line with company pricing strategy, while balancing customer retention and long-term relationships.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate pricing, contract terms and renewal conditions independently.
• Identify relevant upsell or cross-sell opportunities and involve the appropriate Account Management or specialist teams where larger growth potential emerges.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, renewal and forecast information in Salesforce.
• Use digital sales tools, automation and structured customer cadences to efficiently manage a high number of customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales Leadership, Product, Customer Support and other internal teams.
• Ensure customers receive consistent communication and timely support despite the high-volume nature of the portfolio.
• Continuously look for ways to improve and automate the management of smaller accounts.

You Identify Yourself With

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Customer Success or a comparable commercial role.
• A highly structured and reliable way of working and the ability to manage a large number of customers and parallel contract processes.
• Confidence in conducting independent commercial negotiations with customers.
• Strong ownership mentality – you follow topics through to completion and do not lose sight of open actions.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and interested in using technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to work more efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with different customer stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer relationships, retention, pricing and revenue objectives.
• Interest in the automotive and mobility industry; previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages, particularly German, are a plus.
