Optimus Search is working with a growing electrical engineering business in Berlin seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the commercial function and drive the next phase of expansion. This hands-on leadership role combines 50% sales management and 50% business development.

You will lead a team of 5 Sales Engineers/Managers, drive German market growth, develop the sales strategy, and build relationships with key customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager position.
• Essential experience within the Switchgear industry.
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing key accounts.
• Previous experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Commercially driven with excellent leadership skills.
• Ideally based in or around Berlin.
