The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a customer-oriented approach, and 10+ years of retail sales experience. Fluency in both English and German is essential.

Would you like to join our NEW Weekend MaxMara Cologne Store as Sales Assistant Part-time?

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively build client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continue to service existing clients
