Marella Store in Munich is seeking a Sales Assistant (32 hours) to share the brand DNA and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and maintain luxury standards while driving sales and supporting visual merchandising. Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and proactive engagement.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
