Your mission

We are on board as the general contractor for the BMW Motorrad Welt in Berlin, a1,000-square-meter meeting place for the community, motorcycle enthusiasts, andeveryone who loves the sound of freedom. In the showroom, youcan experience the latest BMW motorcycles up close and interactively, discoverexciting special exhibitions, and gain exclusive insights into the current Gear& Garment collection as well as Original BMW Motorrad accessories. At the heart of thelocation is our Bistro - the ideal place to relax, connect, and enjoy. Rightnext to it, you’ll find our Shop, filled with the latest Gear & Garmentcollection and stylish merchandise that makes every biker’s heart beat faster. In addition to dailyoperations, regular events take place: from major happenings like the SeasonOpening to movie nights, travel talks, and live podcasts - there’s alwayssomething going on at BMW Motorrad Welt.

We are looking fordedicated Sales Associates who will inspire our guests and bring the BMWMotorrad experience to life in the shop. You will be responsible for activelyadvising customers and selling our products. The assortment includesmerchandise and lifestyle items, rider equipment, accessories, and motorcyclespare parts. You will be in direct contact with our guests and represent theBMW Motorrad brand with passion and enthusiasm.The shop is open from Monday toSaturday (except on public holidays) between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

YourResponsibilities

Opening and closingthe BMW Motorrad Shop

Assisting andadvising guests in the shop

Handling thecheckout process and completing the daily cash register report at the end ofthe day (card payments only)

Maintaining a salesstatistics log

Managing,monitoring, and maintaining inventory levels

Executingpromotional activities and campaigns

Your Profile

Experience in salesor retail

An interest intechnology and mobility, or willingness to learn about these topics

Confident handlingof merchandise and POS systems

Open, communicative,and outgoing personality

Fluent communicationin German and English (required)

Interest inmotorcycles - ideally, you ride one yourself
