Your mission

We are on board as the general contractor for the BMW Motorrad Welt in Berlin, a1,000-square-meter meeting place for the community, motorcycle fans, andeveryone who loves the sound of freedom. In the BMW MotorradWelt showroom, you can experience the latest BMW motorcycles up close andinteractively, discover exciting special exhibitions, and gain exclusiveinsights into the current Gear & Garment collection as well as Original BMWMotorrad accessories. At the heart of thelocation awaits our Bistro, the perfect place to relax and connect. Right nextto it is our Shop, packed with the latest Gear & Garment collection andstylish merchandise. In addition to dailyoperations, regular events take place: from season openings and movie nights totravel talks and live podcasts – there’s always something happening at BMWMotorrad Welt.

To support ourguests and customers in the showroom, we are looking for dedicated ShowroomHosts who will help us create a unique BMW Motorrad experience for everyvisitor.

You will be responsible for running and overseeing the showroom, engaging in expert conversations about the BMW Motorrad Welt, and representing the brand with passion. You will also support events and act as a point of contact for venue rentals. The showroom is open from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays) between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Opening hours may vary for events.

Your responsibilities

• Opening and closingthe BMW Motorrad Welt
• Welcoming,assisting, and advising guests in the showroom
• Operating andmanaging the media technology
• Cleaning andpreparing vehicles, furniture, and display objects
• Set-up and tear-downactivities for events and venue rentals
• Conducting inventorychecks and reporting any deficiencies
• Supporting customerswho have booked workshop rooms, including technical onboarding

Your profile

• Experience in guestinteraction and creating memorable experiences (e.g., promotion)
• Strong interest intechnology and mobility, or willingness to learn about these topics
• Initial technicaland product understanding of the BMW Motorrad brand, or strong interest indeveloping this knowledge
• Open, communicative,and outgoing personality
• Fluent communicationin German and English (required)
• Interest inmotorcycles - ideally, you ride yourself
