APM Monaco in Berlin is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to join our luxury boutique team. You will welcome and advise customers, promoting our brand story and products with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will support sales targets, assist with stock maintenance, and contribute to visual merchandising while ensuring outstanding customer service and flexibility to meet business needs.

Sales

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures
