APM MONACO in Berlin is seeking a permanent Full-Time role in our boutique to warmly welcome clients and create a premium shopping experience from the moment they enter.

You will support sales advisors, coordinate with the team, and help with boutique operations including restocking, receiving merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising standards for a flawless presentation.

APM MONACO is looking for a permanent contract in Full-Time for our shop in Berlin !

Welcome & Client Experience

• Welcome clients and settle them in to offer a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique
• Offer the coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit
• Prepare gift wrapping with care
• Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods

Coordination & Sales Support

• Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process, so they can focus fully on the client relationship
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients who need priority assistance

Boutique Operations

• Ensure restocking on the shop floor
• Carry out back-and-forth trips between the stockroom and the boutique as needed
• Take part in receiving and storing merchandise
• Prepare products when necessary
• Contribute to the general upkeep of the boutique: tidiness, cleanliness, presentation

Visual Merchandising

• Help maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards
