HyImpulse Technologies in Neuenstadt am Kocher, Baden-Württemberg, is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement professional to handle orders, supplier negotiations, and supplier data management. You will collaborate with internal teams to define procurement needs and ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires commercial training with purchasing/logistics focus, strong MS Office and ERP skills (SAP/Sage), and excellent German and English communication.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on purchasing or logistics.
• Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, or similar)
• Organizational skills, strong communication skills, and negotiating skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Operational processing of orders and procurement procedures.
• Obtaining and comparing offers and conducting price negotiations.
• Updating and managing supplier database.
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Supporting the selection and evaluation of suppliers.
