HyImpulse, based in Baden-Württemberg, seeks a Quality Engineer to own and continuously improve quality and compliance processes. You will drive NCR/CAPA activities, lead root cause analysis, and support AS9100 QMS implementation while collaborating with Engineering, Production and Procurement.

The role requires a degree in engineering or manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work hands-on in a workshop environment in Neuenstadt am Kocher.

Responsabilités

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field
• Structured, analytical and independent working style
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good German and English skills

Desired Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Inspection or a similar technical environment
• Practical experience with NCR/RCA/CAPA, Quality processes and continuous improvement
• Experience with measurement/calibration, supplier quality or operational compliance is advantageous
• Experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
• AS9100 / ISO 9001 knowledge is advantageous
• Willingness to work hands-on in a workshop/manufacturing environment
