Wemolo GmbH in Munich is seeking a RevOps Systems Manager to own Salesforce as the commercial system of record and to expand the surrounding tool landscape. You’ll largely operate independently with the Head of RevOps as a sounding board, building end-to-end solutions in an AI-forward environment.

• Proven ability to run and improve a CRM and its surrounding tool landscape largely independently.
• Strong no-code / low-code craft: configuration, flows, third-party applications and integrations.
• A data-quality mindset: can trace why pipeline data is untrustworthy and fix it at the root.
• Structured, cross-team problem-solving and stakeholder communication; you write change announcements and documentation people actually act on.

Wemolo runs its commercial engine on Salesforce and RevOps owns it - along with the wider system landscape around it. Our data model is non-standard and our motion is anything but off-the-shelf, so we need an experienced RevOps Systems Manager who can run and improve the whole setup largely on their own, with the Head of RevOps as a soundboard. This is a builder role on a builder team, not a ticket queue, in an environment that leans heavily into AI. You own the platform end-to-end and set the standard for how change happens on it.

What to Expect

• Ownership: Own Salesforce as our commercial system of record - its health, architecture and evolution across our data model, run and improve the surrounding system landscape (Weflow, Demodesk, Amplemarket and their integrations).

• Architecture: Drive Salesforce architecture improvements so pipeline data becomes trustworthy.

• Build: Build no-code / low-code configuration (Flows etc.) customizing and combining tools to solve recurring operational problems.

• Cross-functional impact: Own changes that span Marketing, BizDev, Sales, CSM, Product and Finance and never deploy one without bringing the affected users along. A change is done when it's adopted, not when it ships.

• AI-first: Put AI to work in daily admin - drafting validation rules, auditing duplicates, QA - in line with our heavy AI bet.

• Enablement: Provide technical mentoring to our Junior GTM Engineer and guide the working students on Salesforce and systems topics.

• Proven ability to run and improve a CRM and its surrounding tool landscape largely independently - you don't need direction, you need a soundboard

• Deep no-code / low-code craft: configuration, flows, third-party applications and combining tools/integrations to solve real operational problems

• A data-quality mindset : You can trace why pipeline data is untrustworthy and fix it at the root

• Structured, cross-team problem-solving and strong stakeholder communication; you write change announcements and documentation people actually act on

• An ownership mindset : Builder, not service desk

• Comfort working AI-first in daily admin

• Salesforce certifications and experience with other GTM tools

• English fluency, German is a plus
