Zusammenfassung

Wemolo is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to own the commercial system of record and continuously improve the platform end-to-end. You will drive health, architecture and the surrounding tool landscape (Weflow, Demodesk, Amplemarket) with a strong focus on data trust and AI-enabled admin tasks.

You will work across Marketing, BizDev, Sales and Finance, building no-code/low-code solutions and guiding the team to adopt changes with real impact.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-moving RevOps environment.
• Proven ability to run and improve a CRM and its surrounding tool landscape largely independently.
• Deep no-code / low-code craft: configuration, flows, third-party applications and integrations.
• Data-quality mindset: trace where pipeline data is untrustworthy and fix at the source.
• Strong stakeholder communication; write change announcements and documentation that people act on.
• Ownership mindset: Builder, not service desk.
• Comfort working AI-first in daily admin tasks.
• Salesforce certifications and experience with GTM tools.
• English fluency; German is a plus.

Wemolo runs its commercial engine on Salesforce and RevOps owns it — along with the wider system landscape around it. Our data model is non-standard and our motion is anything but off-the-shelf, so we need an experienced admin who can run and improve the whole setup largely on their own, with the Head of RevOps as a soundboard. This is a builder role on a builder team, not a ticket queue, in an environment that leans heavily into AI. You own the platform end-to-end and set the standard for how change happens on it.

What To Expect

• Ownership: Own Salesforce as our commercial system of record — its health, architecture and evolution across our data model, run and improve the surrounding system landscape (Weflow, Demodesk, Amplemarket and their integrations).
• Architecture: Drive Salesforce architecture improvements so pipeline data becomes trustworthy.
• Build: Build no-code / low-code configuration (Flows etc.) customizing and combining tools to solve recurring operational problems.
• Cross-functional impact: Own changes that span Marketing, BizDev, Sales, CSM, Product and Finance and never deploy one without bringing the affected users along. A change is done when it’s adopted, not when it ships.
• AI-first: Put AI to work in daily admin — drafting validation rules, auditing duplicates, QA — in line with our heavy AI bet.
• Enablement: Provide technical mentoring to our Junior GTM Engineer and guide the working students on Salesforce and systems topics.
