Assist with customer enquiries at the Magistrates Court when required, helping to resolve issues before hearings take place.
GCSE English and Mathematics at grade A-C, grade 4-9, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience working with numbers and financial calculations, with the ability to investigate problems, handle sensitive information and exercise sound professional judgement., Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks If you're offered the role, you'll be subject to Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks as part of our pre-employment process.These checks include a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and verification of your employment history for the past three years, including confirmation through employment references for this time period.
