Zusammenfassung

Suffolk County Council is seeking a Business Support Officer to provide admin, telephone and financial support to Social Workers, Practitioners and Managers. You will act as a professional first point of contact, using MS Office and databases to maintain records and support service delivery.

Qualifikationen

  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience of working with financial processes, budgets, invoices or other finance-related tasks.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and administrative systems.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and handling sensitive information.

Your role and responsibilities You will:

You will need:
