Test Valley Borough Council has an opportunity for an Assistant Building Control Surveyor. You will join a team delivering high-quality building control services across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, under supervision and with training provided.

You will engage in partnership working, respond to emergencies including dangerous structures, and help strengthen client relationships while supporting service development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a 2A Building Control Surveyor or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to undertake a wide range of building control projects and emergencies.

Salary

£32,155.20 - £45,518.52, We actively promote a good work/life balance including flexible working hours and some home working opportunities. We also offer a competitive salary, with a starting salary dependent on your ability, experience and qualifications. A lease car or cash allowance options at grades 7 and 8 are also available subject to meeting mileage criteria.
