Business At Work in Munich is seeking a hands-on Operations & Admin lead to support the German market and coordinate with the Paris HQ. You will ensure day-to-day operations, oversee supply chain, IT support, and HR/accounting coordination to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will manage stock, dashboards, and SAP reconciliation, while liaising with HQ on finance and ADV. Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.

Based in our Munich office, you will be the key operational pillar for our German market, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations locally while maintaining a strong link with our Paris Headquarters (including ADV, CSS, and Finance teams).

With an entrepreneurial mindset, your primary goal is to support the growth and execution of our German operations through a wide variety of administrative, supply chain, wholesales and retail support responsibilities.

Operations

• Supply chain supervision (deliveries and stock management)
• IT support and training on the various software used in the company (Retail, Sales and administration software)
• Processes design and optimisation (SAP by Design for Information Systems, Wholesale, Retail, Stocks, Finance)
• Be the main touch point for the Retail teams on their organisational subjects
• Managing dashboards and processes to monitor stock levels (xk) and SAP reconciliation in agreement with HQ policies
• Operate stores and concessions for X FTEs, manage Rotas and daily operations (ie. special offers execution)

Accounting / HR

• Collect and transmit invoices and other admin documents between the Accounting team in Paris and the Accounting/tax firm in Munich
• Link with the external payroll contractor
• Legal (ie. supplier contracts follow-up, leases for retail premises)
• Relay on local HR topics (ie. payroll, leave management)
• Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager

Profil:

• Graduated from a business school or university in Sales or any other relevant field
• You have a strong connection to or experience living or working in Germany
• Strong ability to build and structure an organisation
• You are proactive, very autonomous and solution-driven
• You feel comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
• You are willing to take responsibilities and be accountable for your field of expertise

Requirements:

• Fluent in German & in English, French is an appreciated plus
• Excellent mastery of Excel and comfortable with management software (previous experience on SAP By Design and Salesforce is a plus)
