DQS Germany Bad Vilbel sucht eine/n Resource & Competency Management Specialist (all gender) in Vollzeit. Sie sind verantwortlich für das Auditoren-Management, fungieren als Ansprechpartner für Auditoren und Zertifizierer und pflegen Daten zur Qualifikation und Beauftragung.

Sie analysieren Konflikte, prüfen Bewerbungsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und steuern den Workflow des Competency Verifiers mit sorgfältiger Nachverfolgung offener Fragen.

• Datenpflege und -management für Auditoren.
• Durchführung von Konfliktanalysen zu direkt beauftragten Personen.
• Prüfung von Bewerbungsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit.
• Steuerung des Workflows des Competency Verifier; Nachverfolgung von Rückfragen.
