Proteros biostructures GmbH in Martinsried near Munich is seeking a lab-focused analytical technician to contribute to industrial drug discovery projects. Your mission

• Contribute to multidisciplinary research projects in industrial drug discovery


• Independently plan and perform CE-SDS, HPLC, and LC-MS-based analytical methods for protein characterization and quality control. Develop and optimize analytical methods (particularly HPLC-based) for protein analysis


• Establish data evaluation methods according to industry standards


• Ensure agreed quality standards and timelines


• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repair and maintenance tasks on analytical instruments


• Accurately document all procedures and analyze data in compliance with internal and client-specific requirements

Your profile

• Completed training as CTA, MTA, BTA, or chemical/biological laboratory technician, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (no PhD)


• Hands-on experience in HPLC-based protein analytics and/or light scattering methods, ideally in an industrial setting


• High motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm for innovative and challenging work


• Careful, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational skills


• Team-oriented, communicative, service-minded, and analytically strong


• Experience with Chromeleon and good MS Office skills


• Good command of German and English
