What you will do

• Support our lawyers in venture‑capital financings and tech M&A transactions.
• Gain insights into day‑to‑day legal work – from corporate to tax.
• Contribute to the development and digitalization of our knowledge management.
• Conduct research on corporate, tax, transaction‑related, and technology‑driven legal questions.

• You have passed your first or second state exam with very good results and strong analytical skills.
• You are interested in venture capital, technology, start‑ups, and modern legal workflows.
• Ideally, you are available for 3 days or 24 hours per week.
• You enjoy thinking proactively, bringing in your own perspectives, and engaging in open, constructive discussions.
• You want to grow professionally and personally and enjoy working as part of a team.
