A leading jewelry distribution firm in Hamburg is seeking a Representative for Customer Experience B2B. The customer relations representative working on the B2B function is responsible for delivering a class-leading customer service experience to our stores, partners and local market teams, ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels, including phone, email and other platforms.
This role focuses on resolving customer enquiries efficiently, maintaining service quality, and ensuring high satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The representative will also contribute to process optimisation, providing feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that align with business goals.
In this role the customer relation representative is a bridge between different stakeholders of the organization and, with a customer-first mindset, looks at enquiries in an end-to-end approach.
