Mammotion Tech in Düsseldorf is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician to inspect, diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble robotic lawn mowers and related products returned for service.
You will use company diagnostic software and standard repair SOPs, record faults and actions, perform post-repair testing, and help ensure quality and on-time delivery while maintaining a safe work environment. Experience with motors, PCBs, sensors, and batteries is preferred.
Perform visual inspections, functional checks, and fault diagnosis on robotic lawn mowers and related products returned for repair;
Use company-provided diagnostic software, testing tools, and repair equipment to identify and locate product faults;
Determine the root cause of faults and the appropriate repair solution based on inspection and test results;
Accurately record product faults, diagnostic results, and repair information as required.
Perform product disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, and repair in accordance with repair SOPs;
Troubleshoot and repair common issues involving motors, sensors, PCBs, wiring harnesses, wheel assemblies, cutting discs, batteries, and other components;
Properly use repair tools, testing equipment, fixtures, and other required equipment;
Ensure all repair activities comply with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Perform functional testing and complete product inspections after repair;
Confirm that repaired products meet company quality and delivery standards;
Troubleshoot and resolve any abnormalities identified during post-repair testing;
Improve first-time repair success and minimize repeat repairs and product returns.
Inspect, evaluate, and grade returned products according to company standards;
Clean, repair, replace components, and refurbish eligible products;
Perform functional testing and quality inspections after refurbishment;
Organize and package refurbished products and accessories according to company requirements.
Accurately record diagnostic results, fault causes, repair actions, and replaced spare parts in the company repair system;
Ensure consistency between product serial numbers (SN), repair work orders, and physical products;
Accurately register spare parts used during the repair process;
Support reconciliation and verification of repair data, spare parts, and inventory information.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair workstation;
Properly manage and use repair tools and testing equipment;
Comply with repair center safety requirements, ESD procedures, and operational standards;
Coordinate with spare parts, warehouse, and other teams to support efficient product flow.
Support engineers in testing and validating new products, new repair solutions, and repair SOPs;
Promptly report recurring, batch-related, or potential product quality issues identified during repairs;
Participate in company-provided product knowledge and repair skills training;
Perform other related duties based on the operational requirements of the Repair Center.
1. Technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, automotive repair, or a related field;
2. Basic mechanical disassembly, inspection, and repair skills;
3. Ability to properly use screwdrivers, multimeters, and common repair tools;
4. Strong hands-on ability and willingness to perform practical repair and workshop-based tasks;
5. Detail-oriented and able to follow standardized processes and repair SOPs;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and safety awareness;
