Job summary

Packimpex is expanding its relocation team in Germany and invites you to join as a Relocation Manager. Based in Frankfurt or Munich, this hybrid role focuses on full-cycle relocation, immigration support, home and school search, and client liaison for international transferees and their families.

You will coordinate logistics, provide expert guidance, and ensure a seamless relocation experience while collaborating with an international team in a flat hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Experience in relocation or global mobility industry.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the German rental market and arrival processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of German immigration processes.
• Strong multitasking and independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage full-cycle relocation and immigration support.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and employees for a seamless relocation.
• Liaise with clients, employees and relocation network; handle logistics and admin.
• Oversee processes from order preparation to invoicing and project completion.
• Ensure consistent execution of client services and policies.

With offices across Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland, we provide comprehensive relocation services that support expatriates and international companies with everything from pre-hire orientation tours to home search, school search, immigration, and settling-in services.

As we expand our team in Germany, we’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Relocation Manager to support international transferees and their families as they transition to Germany. Location: Frankfurt or Munich | Hybrid

What you will do

• Full-cycle Relocation and Immigration Support: Coordinate and manage all aspects of relocation services – including home search, immigration assistance, school search, and settling-in support
• Customer-Focused Service: Provide expert guidance to clients and their employees, ensuring a seamless and positive relocation experience
• Liaising with Clients and Partners: Act as the main point of contact between clients, their employees, and our relocation network, handling all logistical and administrative tasks
• End-to-End Process Management: Oversee everything from initial order preparation to invoicing, feedback, and project completion
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure the accurate and consistent execution of client services and policies, always aiming to exceed customer expectations

What will you bring to the role

• Relocation & Global Mobility Experience: Essential experience in the relocation or global mobility industry
• International Mindset: A passion for working in an international environment and interacting with diverse cultures
• Knowledge of the German Market: Familiarity with the German rental market and arrival processes is a plus
• Immigration: Knowledge and experience with the German immigration processes
• Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Self-motivated, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Communication Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and open to learning new software
• Relocation Experience: First-hand experience with international relocation is a plus
