Bank of China Frankfurt Branch is seeking a Relationship Manager (m/w/d) to join our Financial Institutions Department in Frankfurt. You will proactively identify new business opportunities with financial institutions and promote RMB clearing accounts and QFI/CIBM related services, coordinating cross-selling with other teams.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Independent and results-oriented working style.
• Excellent command of English and German; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Professional Certificate such as CFA or FRM is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Client Acquisition and Product Marketing: Proactively identify, originate and develop new business opportunities with financial institutions; market and promote RMB clearing accounts and QFI/CIBM related services; pursue lending and deposit opportunities; drive cross-selling with other lines.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing and new financial institution clients; act as main contact between Bank and clients; coordinate day-to-day communication and requests.
• Compliance and Credit Limit Management: Handle onboarding due diligence; conduct KYC/AML reviews; initiate and follow-up on credit applications; coordinate credit rating and annual reviews.

Ausbildung

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields

3+ years banking/financial sector experience

English and German fluency

CFA or FRM (preferred)

Relationship Manager (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Acquisition and Product Marketing

• Proactively identify, originate and develop new business opportunities with financial institutions
• Actively market and promote the Bank’s key strategic products and services, with particular emphasis on: RMB clearing accounts and QFI /CIBM related services
• Identify and pursue lending and deposit opportunities for financial institution clients. Drive cross-selling initiatives in coordination with other business lines and product teams

2.Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and enhance business relationships with existing and newly onboarded financial institution clients to support long-term cooperation and business growth
• Serve as a key contact window between the Bank and financial institution clients, coordinating day-to-day communication, business requests and relationship management matters

3.Compliance and Credit Limit Management

• Handle client onboarding due diligence. Conduct and manage relevant KYC/AML reviews
• Be responsible for the initiation and follow-up of credit applications for assigned financial institution clients. Conduct or coordinate credit rating applications, annual credit reviews, and other credit-related processes

Desired skills & experience:

• Successfully completed degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields , ideally with at least three years of professional experience in the banking or financial sector
• Independent and results-oriented working style
• Excellent command of English and German; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
• Professional Certificate such as CFA or FRM is a plus
