Jobtailor is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to collect and analyze reimbursement data, develop reports, and support leadership with financial insights. You will monitor monthly charges and RVUs, and help drive performance in clinical departments.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year of experience in reimbursement, financial analysis, or revenue cycle management.

Aufgaben

• Collect, analyze, and develop reimbursement reports.
• Monitor monthly charges, collections, and RVUs by clinical department and payor.
• Assist Associate Director of Revenue Cycle department management with presentations and data reporting for senior leadership and upper management
• Provide and monitor reimbursement benchmark data.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports and analyses.
• Develop presentations and recommend courses of action to senior management.
• Analyze and formulate monthly and yearly collection goals.
• Coordinate distribution of plans and reports.
• Summarize findings in monthly reports and distribute them to staff and senior management.
• Coordinate development of performance data reports supporting collection activities
• Develop ad hoc reports from various systems
• Support clinical departments in improving charge-entry and collection performance
• Liaise with staff and management in preparing financial reports

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• One (1) year of experience in reimbursement, financial analysis, or revenue cycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Must provide complete employment history, education, and licenses/certifications/registrations in the application
• Must meet all job requirements at the time of application
• Occasional travel to offsite locations
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds
