Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree with proven experience in reporting requirements for financial services
• Experience in an audit firm; treasury or risk management is a plus
• Regulatory reporting or accounting policy experience, ideally at a bank
• Excellent coordination, planning, organization and communication
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience
• Fluency in German is required; English preferred
• Team player with strong communication and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of IFRS and Basel III regulations

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the team’s deliverables and support the team lead in interactions with senior stakeholders and external supervisory bodies
• Draft disclosures or review disclosure drafts submitted by stakeholders for inclusion in external quarterly and annual reports
• Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
• Mediate and resolve any cases of conflicting stakeholder interests and priorities
• Ensure data quality compliance with the disclosure and presentation
• Plan and coordinate the external reporting process

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

A university degree with proven experience in dealing with various reporting requirements and operating in a financial services environment

You have experience through working for an audit company (Experience in treasury or risk management is an advantage)

Working experience in a regulatory reporting or related accounting policy capacity, ideally at a bank

Excellent process coordination, planning, organization and communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to express opinions clearly, firmly and credibly, but also sympathetically when required

Overall Expertise of 5+ years and minimum 2 years of project experience

Excellent analytical skills and project management experience

Fluency in German is a must, fluency in English is preferred

Team player with good communication and analytical skills

You understand IFRS and relevant Basel III regulations
