Job summary

Publistat is seeking a regulatory IT specialist to advise on regulatory requirements, manage compliance in strategic IT projects, and monitor developments in finance, media and automotive.

You bring a degree in economics, law or natural sciences and practical experience in regulation and risk management, with strong German and English skills and a willingness to travel. The role offers immediate responsibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Regulatory experience in PSD2/3, FinRep, FIDA, DORA, CoRep, BCBS239.
• Experience in risk management, information security or data protection.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on analysis, planning and implementation of regulatory requirements in IT.
• Contact person for compliance, risk and regulatory issues within strategic IT projects.
• Monitor and evaluate regulatory developments in the target sectors of finance, media and automotive.
• Design technology-supported analysis tools for risk and compliance functions (including risk management).
• Development and implementation of risk-based models for clients in various industries.

Your Role

• Advice on the analysis, planning and implementation of regulatory requirements in the IT environment
• Contact person for compliance, risk and regulatory issues within strategic IT projects
• Monitoring and evaluating regulatory developments in the target sectors of finance, media and automotive
• Design of technology-supported analysis tools for risk and compliance functions (including strategic/operational risk management, market and credit risks, fraud prevention)
• Development and implementation of risk-based models for clients in various industries and company sizes

Your Profile

• Degree in economics, law or natural sciences or a comparable course of study is an advantage
• Practical experience in regulation (e.g. PSD2/3, FinRep, FIDA, DORA, CoRep, BCBS239), risk management, information security or data protection
• Experience in the development and implementation of compliance programs and guidelines
• Specialist knowledge of ISAE 3402 and IDW standards is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel
