• Provide specialized, individualized care and support to dialysis patients throughout all phases of dialysis treatment
• Ensure and document nursing care
• Advise dialysis patients and their relatives on changes in condition, treatment adherence, and nutrition
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care for patients with chronic kidney disease
• Participate in structured onboarding as well as continuing education and professional development

Requirements

• Training/qualification as a registered nurse, health care and hospital nurse, professional nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent
• Medical assistants, paramedics, operating room technicians (OTAs), and anesthesia technical assistants (ATAs) are also welcome without prior dialysis experience
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Friendly and empathetic approach when interacting with patients
• Willingness to acquire the specialist knowledge required for dialysis if no prior experience is available
