Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to further develop the local product and marketing strategy. The role will monitor the product portfolio, identify opportunities, and launch new products while coordinating with Sales to align marketing efforts.

The candidate should have extensive experience in product management, marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong German and English communication skills, and be comfortable leading a diverse, international team.

Requirements

• At least three years of leadership experience

• Experience with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns
• Analytical mindset and ability to derive decisions from data and market insights
• Enjoy working across departmental and national borders
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders to support an idea
• Degree or comparable qualification in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Experience in the construction, skilled trades, or industrial sector is helpful but not required
