We are looking for an Airfreight Controller for GEODIS EUROPE to be based in Frankfurt Airport!

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Billing for import and export shipments
• Booking and controlling of incoming invoices
• Controlling activities such as CASS posting, cost monitoring, etc.
• Managing invoice complaints with the creditors, especially using creditor complaint portals (airlines, etc.)
• Administrating claims
• Reporting of the figures
• Assisting in terms of figures, data, facts for airfreight management
• Supporting other branches where Accounts Payable / IATA / CASS as required

You bring along:

• Successfully completion of vocational training, especially in the Logistics Industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to structure and present data clearly and effectively
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English and German
