Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a dedicated air freight administrator to join our Nürnberg team. You will independently manage air freight shipments from A to Z, act as the liaison between customers, our network, and partners, and drive cost controls with regular invoicing and performance analysis.

The role requires a commercial vocational background in freight forwarding, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English. 100% on-site in Nürnberg with a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarder (freight forwarding agent).
• Very good MS Office skills required.
• Independent working style with high commitment.
• Strong communication, persuasiveness and teamwork.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and processing of air freight shipments from A to Z.
