A premium outdoor gear company is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Southern Germany to achieve sales targets and maximize opportunities with independent dealers. The role involves representing the company at events and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires at least 6 years of sales experience and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel extensively, covering different zones each week.

As a Regional Account Manager in Souththern Germany you will be responsible for achieving monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets for your region. You will be responsible for ensuring all opportunities within your region are maximized to grow YETIs footprint and business revenue in the very best independent dealers across a multitude of channels. Staff training merchandising providing customer service support while developing new opportunities are all important elements of the role. Reporting to the Sales Director and being based remotely in the South region of Germany you will deliver exceptional results whilst working with a robust call-cycle and territory plan. You are experienced well organized and have a can-do attitude. Your focus on results and desire to prioritize activities with the biggest impact will ensure you are successful in this demanding and fast-paced performance-based role. You are a team player and roll your sleeves up to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
