We’re looking for a Candidate Experience Lead to join the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide an excellent candidate experience and will be responsible for the seamless execution and management of our recruiting lifecycle, including owning candidate and stakeholder communication, interview scheduling and coordination, application tracking system and data management for your pipelines, and process improvements. You'll be embedded within the Talent Acquisition team, working with hiring managers across our variety of teams as the candidate advocate for every person interviewing at Collectors. You’ll coordinate each step of a candidate’s interview cycle from start to finish, ensuring
