Job summary

ALAIKA Advisory Germany GmbH in Munich is seeking a proactive recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for our Advisory, Capital, and Building brands. You shape job profiles with hiring managers, run pipelines, conduct structured interviews, and close offers.

You will lead active sourcing across LinkedIn and networks, advise founders, manage university relationships, and drive data-driven recruiting operations while building our employer brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in strategy consulting, executive search, financial services, scale-ups or recruiting agencies.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage senior passive candidates.
• Data-driven, KPI-focused with ability to optimize recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycle: profile with hiring managers, pipeline, structured interviews, offers and close.
• Run and own sourcing across LinkedIn, networks, referrals and more; attract senior talent.
• Advise founders/partners on role design, market insights, compensation benchmarks and selections.
• Manage university relationships and Fellowship pipeline.
• Own recruiting operations and data; track KPIs like time-to-hire, conversion, source quality; improve processes.
• Help build and shape employer branding with Head of Talent.

• End-to-End Recruiting. Own the full recruiting cycle for your roles: you shape job profiles with hiring managers, run the pipeline, conduct structured interviews, manage offers making sure that we can close the deal. You are accountable for the hire, not just the process.
• Active Sourcing Engine. Run and own ALAIKA’s sourcing machine across LinkedIn, networks, referrals and beyond. Find the candidates who aren’t looking, especially experienced consultants within Financial Services as well as tech experts. You are the face of ALAIKA and know how to attract great talent.
• Hiring Manager Partnership. Advise founders and partners as a trusted sparring partner on role design, market insights, compensation benchmarks and selection decisions.
• Graduate Recruitment. Own our university relationships and the Fellowship pipeline, and turn top emerging talent into future ALAIKA leaders.
• Recruiting Operations & Data. Own and continuously improve our processes, ATS and tooling. You love to track KPIs such as: time-to-hire, conversion rates, source quality, and use them to make decisions.
• Employer Branding. Build and shape, together with the Head of Talent, how the market sees ALAIKA through career events, university outreach, social media and candidate experience. You are one of the first faces candidates see, so make it count.

• Proven Track Record. 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in strategy consulting, executive search, financial services, a scale-up or a recruiting agency. You have owned full-cycle hires and can show results.
• Sourcing Excellence. Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques. You know how to approach and win passive, senior candidates.
• Recruiting Is Selling. Prove you could sell sand in a desert.
• Analytical Skills. Data-driven by default. You use metrics to optimize, not just to report.
• Language Proficiency. Fluent in English. German and additional languages are a plus.
