Indero, a contract research organization, is seeking an HR professional to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple sites. You will screen, shortlist, and coordinate offers while collaborating with HR partners to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

You will support HR processes globally, handle pre-employment checks, and contribute to employer branding and recruiting initiatives across time zones. Fluent English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices in global or multi-site environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Ability to adapt working hours across multiple time zones.

Задачи

• Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training logistics, contract changes, relocations, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the HRIS and support employees and managers with first-level inquiries
• Act as a resource for staff inquiries on HR processes and elevate complex matters when required
• Assist with performance management by preparing documentation, tracking timelines, and supporting managers
• Support wellness, engagement, and recognition initiatives
• Track documentation for disability leaves and health and safety cases, ensuring compliance and accurate follow-up
• Contribute to annual HR activities, including salary review and bonus processes, by gathering data and preparing reports
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support onboarding and integration of new hires
• Support change management initiatives related to new HR tools and processes
• Participate in assigned HR projects and initiatives
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer
• Conduct screening interviews, validate skills, cultural fit, and language requirements, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers
• Partner with managers to draft and revise job descriptions
• Maintain and administer the ATS and recruitment accounts, ensuring candidate movement and data accuracy
• Manage pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference verification, and offer letter and contract preparation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and structured interviews

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Perform other responsibilities when appropriately qualified, experienced, or trained

• 1–3 Years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment and HR operations
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes in a global or multi-site environment
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English, both oral and written
• Ability to adapt working hours to support stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Nice to have: experience as an ATS or HRIS system super-user/administrator, French, additional languages
