Hochland R&D GmbH in Heimenkirch sucht eine/n Spezialist/in für Rezept- und Prozessmanagement, der/die globale Standards und Infrastruktur zur Rezept- und Prozessverwaltung aufbaut und verwaltet. Qualifikationen

• Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in Milchtechnologie oder Käseherstellung.
• Berufserfahrung mit MES/ERP-Systemen in der Produktion.
• Datengetriebene Denkweise mit Fokus auf Genauigkeit.
• Ausgeprägte bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Stakeholder-Management.
• Fließendes Englisch für internationale Kommunikation.

Aufgaben

• Grundlagen setzen, Rezepte und technologische Prozesse gruppenweit zu managen, Berichte an Head of Optimization.
• Globale Standards, Systeme und Infrastruktur zur Rezept- und Prozessverwaltung etablieren.
• Versionierung, Change Management und Dokumentation für Transparenz und Nachverfolgbarkeit.
• Produkte an Produktionsstätten angleichen, gemeinsame Standards schaffen.
• Mit QM und Optimierungsteams Abstimmung von Rezepten und Spezifikationen sicherstellen.

Recipe & Process Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You lay the groupwide foundation to manage recipes and technological processes while reporting to the Head of Optimization (m/w/d) Cheese Processing Plants.
• You take ownership of global standards, systems as well as infrastructure to manage recipes and technological processes in a consistent, scalable way in eight cheese production and processing plants.
• Through robust version control, reliable change management and comprehensive documentation, you ensure the cross-country management of recipes and process parameters with maximum transparency, traceability, and data integrity.
• You drive the harmonization of products across production sites, establishing common standards that strengthen quality and operational excellence.
• Together with QM and the optimization teams, you verify the alignment of recipes and specifications and explore our scope of action.

Your recipe to success:

• You have a solid background in dairy processing or cheese technology, ideally with expertise in managing processes and recipes.
• Experience with IT systems in manufacturing (such as MES or ERP) provides an essential foundation for success in this role.
• A strong data-driven mindset and high attention to accuracy enable you to deliver sound decisions and reliable results.
• Your strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills enable you to align diverse teams and drive effective solutions.
• Fluent English is essential to lead impactful communication and collaboration across the international organization.
